The International Cycling Union has decided to archive the procedure launched following the positive test for salbutamol of the British Chris Froome (Sky) in the last edition of the Vuelta a España.
With this decision, the quadruple winner of the Tour de France will be able to start the next edition that begins next Saturday on the island of Noirmoutier.
